Thanks for your wonderful review Wendy! We did change suppliers last year and are very happy with these new more plump inserts (pillow forms) that come cryovaced from our Canadian manufacturer. We use them in our own cushions here at home that get a good working over and still maintain their shape. So glad you're liking them too!

Hi Donna, thank you so much for your review! We are delighted to hear how much you like your new spirit bear cushion! Are you familiar with Ma'ah, the 19 year old spirit bear featured on this cushion? It was such a treat seeing her in the Great Bear Rainforest. Her name Ma'ah means 'Grandma' in Gitga'at and she had mothered many of the spirit bears found here. Sadly this was the last year she was seen. Truly a blessing to witness such a legend
