Within one day you will receive an invitation to access your Fundaiser Dashboard where you will find your unique fundraiser link. Here you will find easy-to-use promo tools and tips to share your fundraiser. If you want to track individual sales, just let us know at the time of booking.
3.🚀 Launch Your Fundraiser
Share your unique fundraising link with family, friends, and your community through email, text, and social media. All they need to do is click on the link to order and it will take them directly to our website where a banner showing your fundraiser will be displayed.

Log in to your dashboard anytime to see sales in real time, how many orders you've received and even what is your best selling beanie! And we will notify you everytime your receive an order!
5.📦Fulfilment
We handle the hard part - processing orders and shipping directly to supporters’ doors, so there’s no inventory or cash to manage. All orders will be shipped within 4-5 weeks of the fundraiser ending.

Simply sign up for the Information Pack and within it is the option of a downloadable flyer that shares more about the fundraiser, that you can print off and take to your next meeting.
Once you sign up for the fundraiser we will set up a private portal in which you will receive instructions for a designated custom link to use in your marketing. You will also be provided with editable templates to use for your newsletters, and social media that makes it that much easier to promote.
Once the fundraiser closes, we will place a bulk order with our Canadian manufacturer in which it will then take 4-5 weeks, if not sooner, to be processed and shipped directly to us.
Orders for 1 beanie will pay $6 for lettermail delivery, while orders of 2-3 beanies will pay Canada Post rates, and orders of 4 or more beanies will receive FREE SHIPPING!
Your organization will be paid within 3 business days of the fundraiser ending. Payment will be made by either e-transfer or by check, depending on your chosen method of payment.
We have chosen our top 7 best selling beanies for the fundraiser. Supporters will have the choice between Adult small/medium, Adult large/extra large, Youth small/medium and Youth large/extra large sizes. A sizing chart is included on every beanie page.
Since the funds will have already been paid out to your organization, we can't offer refunds, but we will gladly make exchanges. Availability may depend on what we currently have in stock, or if the supporter is willing to wait until more arrive.
The beanies retail for $41.95 (all sizes) and you earn $10 from the sale of every beanie. You will also earn an additional $50 for every 50 beanies sold.
Absolutely. In our Information Pack we offer a sample beanie at a reduced price of 50% off, with a limit of one per fundraiser. This way you can not only see the amazing detail our images offer, but also the wonderful quality our Canadian manufacturer provides.
Upon signing up for the fundraiser you will receive an invitation to access your private fundraising dashboard. Here you will be able to track your sales any time of day.

No we do not, as all the cost is included in the retail price. Online payments can be made by debt or credit cards through our secure website.
We have chosen this fundraiser to run from Oct. 1st - 31st so that it gives everyone time to take the info to their next fundraiser meeting. By running the fundraiser for the month of October, it gives you time to get it out to your supporters. Since it takes our Canadian manufacturer 4-5 weeks to process our bulk order, this will allow us time to get the orders sent out directly to your supporters in early Dec. - just in time for Christmas. There will be more fundraisers early next year, but now is the best time to take advantage of the upcoming festive gift giving season.
