A Painter's Dream

A Painter's Dream

“A Painter’s Dream”

Whenever we take a drive in Kananaskis Country, we can’t help but stop and enjoy this beautiful view looking down Smut Creek near Engadine Lodge.  On this cool autumn evening we stopped for a peek and in the far distance Mt Nestor and its’ beautiful towering peak could clearly be seen. The serenity of the moment created a unique sense of beauty and calm that my mother once told me was a “painter’s dream.”  For me, this place of amazing splendor will always have a special place in my heart as one of nature’s divine masterpieces.
